Time of Delivery:	Within 50 working days after receipt of advanced 30% payment of the sales contract or upon receipt of an irrevocable L/C in our favor and after confirmation of mold.

Payment:	30% advance payment before production and 70% balance payment before shipment by T/T or by irrevocable confirmed L/C at sight.
Guarantee:	A. The seller make guarantee the machines are brand new and the guarantee period will be given 13(Thirteen) months, which starts from the ocean shipping date. B. During this warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that caused by the machine’s quality by express upon receipt of buyer’s notice based on condition that the freight shall be on the buyer’s account. If required for more spare parts additionally, the seller will arrange and prepare well on the buyer’s account. C. Guarantee is not applicable to normal wear parts in normal use. D. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligent maintenance,intentional injury or other damages.
Installation & Debugging:	If client is in need, the seller will dispatch their technician to the buyer’s plant to instruct the buyer to install, debug the machine and train the staff to operate the machine after receiving the confirmation of installation and debugging requirement from buyer. However all of the seller’s expenses including the technician’s round-trip air ticket, local conveyance to the buyer’s site, lodging and boarding expenses is chargeable to the buyer during the installation and debugging period, and also the buyer has to pay the seller’s technician $100 for one person each day.

01 What's your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 10,000pcs / item.Full container is advised if possible because logistic and material cost will be lower for both of us.
02 Can i get samples?

For stocked samples, we can provide them free, you just need to pay freight cost.If new mould is needed, we need to charge mould fees, which will be refund as soon sa your order is up to certain quantity.
03 How will you send samples?

We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, DHL,Nice express If you have EXPRESS account, it will be fine to ship samples with your account.If you don't have an EXPRESS account, you can inform us to draft trade assurance order for samples on Alibaba. Then we'll ship samples with our account.
04 How long is the lead time for samples?

For stocked samples, it takes 1-2 days, they are free.If you want your own designs printed, it takes about 1 week, subject to your design whether they need new mould or new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we'll respond fast to your request.
05 How long the mass production lead time?

It takes about 20-25 days for one full container, our large production capacity can ensure fast delivery.
06 How much is the shipping charge?

If you want to get goods earlier, we usually deliver by EXPRESS for small quantity, it's fast but much higher in shipping cost.For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea, trade terms FOB/CNF/CIF are available.
07 What file do you need if i want my own design print?

Please provide your design in editable files, such as AI, CD
